Raw copra aggregation for crushing
We supply premium industrial-grade coconut oils from Indonesia. From raw Crude Coconut Oil (CNO) for oleochemicals to ultra-pure RBD and fractionated MCT Oil for food and nutraceutical manufacturing, we deliver bulk solutions worldwide.
Coconut oil is incredibly versatile. Depending on the extraction and refining process, it serves entirely different commercial industries.
The process begins with expeller-pressing dried coconut meat (Copra) to produce Crude Coconut Oil (CNO). This raw oil is rich in free fatty acids and has a strong odor, making it ideal for industrial soap and oleochemicals.
To make it suitable for food and cosmetics, CNO undergoes a rigorous Refining, Bleaching, and Deodorizing (RBD) process. The result is a pure, clear, odorless, and tasteless oil with a high smoke point.
For the premium health and sports nutrition market, the oil is further processed.
Our industrial coconut oils act as foundational ingredients across three major global sectors.
Crude Coconut Oil is the primary raw material for lauric acid extraction, industrial surfactants, and producing high-lathering bath soaps.
RBD Coconut Oil offers an odorless, high-heat stable base for commercial baking, non-dairy creamers, and premium skincare formulations.
A rapidly absorbing, keto-friendly energy source used extensively in sports supplements, dietary blends, and functional beverages.

Crude Coconut Oil (CNO) is the raw, unrefined oil pressed from dried copra. It has a strong smell and high Free Fatty Acid (FFA) content, making it unfit for human consumption without processing. RBD is CNO that has been Refined, Bleached, and Deodorized to remove impurities, odors, and colors, creating a pure, food-safe oil.
MCT stands for Medium Chain Triglycerides. Standard coconut oil contains various fatty acids. MCT oil is created by fractionating standard oil to isolate only the highly beneficial Caprylic (C8) and Capric (C10) acids. It is liquid at room temperature and used primarily in health supplements.
Depending on your factory's receiving capabilities, we offer three main packaging options: 190kg Steel or Plastic Drums, 900kg IBC Totes (Paper or Plastic), and 20 to 22 Metric Ton Flexitanks installed directly inside 20ft containers.
No. The deodorization process removes the characteristic coconut aroma and flavor. This makes RBD oil an excellent neutral fat for food manufacturing, as it will not alter the taste profile of your end product.
Both CNO and RBD have a melting point of around 24°C to 25°C (76°F). Below this temperature, the oil will solidify into a white mass. Heating pads or drum heaters are required at the destination factory to liquefy the oil for pumping. MCT oil, however, remains liquid even in the cold.
For optimal ocean freight economics, our MOQ is typically one 20ft container (which holds approximately eighty 190kg drums, twenty IBC totes, or one 21-ton Flexitank).
Whether you need raw CNO for oleochemicals, neutral RBD for food processing, or pure MCT for supplements, let us know your required volume and packaging format (Drums, IBCs, or Flexitanks).
